As an experienced and certified business, system and process analyst, marketing manager and project manager, with experience in a range of different businesses and environments, I have been developing several skills and learning different frameworks, methodologies and tools related to analysis, marketing and project management in over 19 years of work experience in software development, business processes improvement and solutions implementation for my own businesses based in both waterfall and agile practices.

With experience using a diverse range of technologies and tools, as well as taking advantage of cloud computing, business intelligence, user experience, lean and agile practices, I have been committed to help my organisations to obtaining the best results in my own activities by delivering technology-based solutions that really add value to businesses.
